Ask a questionWhich course do I need?
If your employer, school, or licensing organization requires BLS, start with AHA BLS. For workplace or community first aid and CPR/AED needs, explore Heartsaver. Send me your exact requirement before booking so I can help you choose.
Do you offer initial, renewal, and blended BLS?
Yes. BLS Provider: $75; BLS Renewal: $65; HeartCode BLS hands-on skills session: $60. HeartCode students must provide proof of successful completion of the AHA online portion before attending. An AHA BLS Provider eCard is included upon successful completion of the skills requirements.
Can you train at our school, daycare, or business?
Yes. Request group or on-site training with your organization name, participant count, course, location, and preferred dates. I will review the details and discuss availability and a quote.
How do I register and pay?
Call (704) 312-2173 or email info@qualitycaretrainingacademy.com to request a class. I will confirm the course, availability, location, price, and payment arrangements directly. A website inquiry does not reserve a seat or collect payment.
Does Heartsaver include infant and child skills?
The academy’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training options include adult CPR/AED, child CPR/AED, infant CPR, and first aid. Tell me which components your role requires so I can confirm the correct class.
What should I know before attending?
Confirm the course format, required preparation, materials, location, and any prerequisite with the academy. Ask about accessibility needs or accommodations when arranging your session.
Are certification fees and materials included?
Course pricing includes the applicable AHA course completion eCard unless otherwise stated, after successful completion of course requirements. Confirm any required materials before booking. HeartCode BLS hands-on skills session: $60. The required online learning is separate and is not included in the skills-session price. Travel fees may apply outside the standard service area.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Request the applicable cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms before you register or pay. Those terms should be included with your confirmed booking.
