Course completion
We will complete the course modules on Sunday. Skills may be completed during that session or at the agreed follow-up before the end of October. Certification is issued only after all course requirements are successfully completed.

How to register and pay
- Submit the registration form below. Use your own name and email. If someone else will pay for you, enter that person’s actual name in the optional Payer name field so we can match the payment to your registration.
- After submitting, select “Pay deposit with PayPal.” The button opens PayPal in a new tab.
- Enter $20.00 USD as the payment amount and complete your payment on PayPal. This is a customer-entered amount, not a fixed-price checkout. Check the amount and currency before paying.
- Keep your PayPal receipt. Registration alone does not confirm payment. We will verify the payment and match it to your registration separately.
Total tuition: $55. Your $20 deposit is applied toward tuition; the remaining $35 is due upon skills completion.

Enter your full name exactly as you want it printed on your AHA eCard. Enter your email address twice and check both spellings before submitting. Do not include medical information, card numbers, or bank details.
