Hi, I’m Bianca Wade, MBA, BSN, BA, RN, CMSRN, CCM — a registered nurse, educator, and healthcare professional with over 13 years of medical experience. As the founder of Quality Care Training Academy, my mission is to provide high-quality, hands-on CPR and lifesaving training that empowers individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to respond confidently during emergencies.
With a background in nursing, patient advocacy, and healthcare leadership, I am passionate about making CPR education practical, engaging, and accessible to the community. Whether you are renewing your certification or learning for the first time, my goal is to create a supportive learning environment that prepares you to act when every second counts.
